About Us
C&C Rail and Civil (C&C) was founded in 2018, by Chris Proctor and Craig Lantry. We provide quality operators, site supervision and project management to the rail and civil construction and maintenance industries. With an excess of fifty years’ experience, C&C Site Supervisors have managed an array of rail maintenance and construction works.
We supply high quality, multi-skilled operators who understand deadlines and OH&S that the rail and civil industries require.
Our internal project management team enables C&C to provide and deliver onsite construction and maintenance works.

C&C Rail and Civil has a capability that ranges from project delivery as the principle contractor right down to labour and plant hire, depending on the client’s needs.
We base our reputation upon delivering projects within the tight time constraints the rail industry demands, with safety remaining as our primary focus.
We achieve this through extensive industry experience within the leadership team whilst creating a framework that ensures all staff are continuously educated and upskilled with regard to Safety, Quality and the Environment.
